Countries

This return policy applies in the following countries:

Belgium, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden.

Returns & exchanges

• We accept returns for defective and non-defective products.
• We accept exchanges.
• Only new products can be returned.
• Return window – 15 calendar days from delivery.

Return methods

• In store – bring the item to our office/warehouse:
• ADS Auto Parts (operated by UAB Štara), Europos pr. 122, LT-46351 Kaunas, Lithuania
• By post – ship the item to the same address after we confirm your return.

Return labels must be downloaded and printed. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Fees

• No restocking fee.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once the return is approved, refunds are processed within 1 business day using the original payment method (your bank may take longer to show the credit).

How to start a return

Before returning an item, contact us at [email protected]. Include your order number and a short description (return, exchange or cancellation). We will send return instructions and a downloadable label if needed.

If the item arrived damaged or defective

Within 2 days of delivery, send photos (or a video), your order number and a description to [email protected]. Once the defect is confirmed, we will offer an exchange or refund.

Unwanted return (unused item)

Non-defective returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of delivery if the item is new, in its original packaging and in resellable condition.

• Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the item.
• We recommend returns with tracking.
